As the system’s philanthropic arm, BURGER KING was established in October 2005 as a non-profit organization. The BURGER KING Scholars program assists employees’ spouses or domestic partners, children, and other family members in pursuing higher education and high school seniors in the US, PR, and Canada.The initiative has awarded over $53 million in scholarships to over 46,000 students, compared to over $4.3 million in scholarships awarded to over 4,000 deserving students the previous year.
Scholarship America administers this scholarship program. When giving out honors, no thought is given to national origin, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, race, color, creed, or religion.
Scholarship Eligibility
The candidate must be a US, Puerto Rico, Guam, or Canada citizen.
Scholarship Requirements
- You must be a high school senior in the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, a grade 12 graduate in Canada, or a homeschool graduate in any of those nations.
- The applicant requires a CGPA of 2.5 or above on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent.
- Essential Records
- The application specifies that the following files need to be uploaded:
- A history of your job and engagement with educational and community projects.
- A transcript of your most recent grades, whether official or unofficial (Your name, school name, grade, total credit hours earned, and the length of time the course was given must all be included in your online transcripts.)
- If you want your application associated with a worker, please provide the BURGER KING(r) employee details. Include your family’s financial information, including a copy of the most recent tax return they filed with the IRS or Revenue Canada. Consulting Revenue Canada and the IRS is beneficial when filling out that application portion.
- You can submit your application once you’ve uploaded all the required information. Scholarship America(r) will then send you a note to confirm that they have received it.
- Nothing more exists! If you viewed the previous video we displayed, you’ve probably heard from past applicants that completing the application took them 20 minutes.
How to Apply for 2024–2025 Burger King Scholarship Utilization
If you fit the requirements and have all the necessary paperwork, applying for the Burger King Scholarship is simple.
You must create an account in order to use an official application because the Burger King Scholarship Program is managed directly by Scholarship America(r) and Scholarship America. You can start completing applications in English, Spanish, or French after your account has been set up.

The Burger King Scholarship deadline 2024–2025. Utilization
- Applications for Burger King scholarships will open on October 15.
- November 31 is the last day to apply for a Burger King scholarship this year.

2. Obtain High Test Scores and a Strong Academic Record
Based primarily on your academic record, Scholarship America(r) will determine whether or not to award you the Burger King scholarship. The eligibility rules state that an applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale to qualify for the General Track and Employee-Based Track. To be eligible for the $100,000 James W. McLamore WHOPPER(r) Scholarship, you must have an ACT average of 25, a SAT average of 1220, or an average of 3.3. Remember to study hard for all of your exams and classes!
3. Engage in extracurricular activities, volunteer work, and community service.
The second factor in determining the caliber of your involvement in extracurricular activities, volunteer work, and work experience is Scholarship America(r). The best candidates have participated in three or more of them. Thus, throughout high school, you
